<h3>Description</h3>

<p>This does nothing except on console-based versions of <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier; color: #666666;"><b>R</b></span>.
On the macOS and Windows GUIs, it ensures that the display of
output in the console is current, even if output buffering is on.
