<p>This package is meant to be used in other packages, and provides
configuration options for them.

<p>It is currently very minimal, and has two main functions: one
for setting configuration options (<code><a href="set_config.html">set_config</a></code>), and one
for querying them (<code><a href="get_config.html">get_config</a></code>).
