See <code><a href="read.cross.html">read.cross</a></code> for details.</p> </td></tr> <tr valign="top"><td><code>markers</code></td> <td> <p>A character vector of marker names.</p> </td></tr> </table> <h3>Value</h3> <p>The input object, with any markers in the vector <code>markers</code> removed from the genotype data matrices, genetic maps, and, if applicable, any derived data (such as produced by <code><a href="calc.genoprob.html">calc.genoprob</a></code>).
